As described by the German psychiatrist, without music life would be a mistake and its reception actually encourages creativity and good humor.

Music usually accompanies us for a good part of our lives, and it is only contraindicated in tasks that require a lot of concentration from us. If you are one of those who is inspired, or simply accompanied, by music while you work, here are some tips:

Tips for listening to music at work

Use individual songs to relax momentarily, change activities, stimulate your creativity or silence unpleasant noises.

Choose the appropriate music for each moment: it should not be the same when you are stressed and need to relax than when you are tired and want to reactivate.

If you share the office, it is likely that there will be differences in terms of musical tastes. Then opt for “neutral” music (almost always light pop or sweet classical), or use headphones.

If you opt for headphones, use only one or keep the volume low so you don’t totally isolate yourself or lose contact with others. It is also worth the recommendation for when you drive a car or walk down the street. The more complex your work, the lighter the music you listen to should be. A musical radio program can be a good company in your routine tasks, including domestic ones.

Do not try new musical themes when you are under great work pressure, it is preferable to play it safe with those that you already know have a good effect on your spirit than to risk multiplying your stresses.
